Customs Duties - USA

As of August 2025, the US de minimis exemption has been eliminated. All shipments to the US are subject to import duties. Marici ships DAP (Delivered at Place) - duties are NOT included in the price and are collected by DHL upon delivery. HS Code 6214.20, Country of Origin: India. See cbp.gov for estimates.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags. Bespoke items are non-returnable. Return shipping at customer expense. Import duties paid to US Customs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

2-7 business days after receipt of return. Refunds to original payment method within 10 business days.
