Germany - free of charge
EU - 9.50€
+ free shipping on orders over €600

International shipping outside the European Union is not available by default. However, upon request, we may be able to arrange shipping to non-EU countries. If you wish to inquire about international delivery, please contact us at:

Delivery times

We deliver quickly and securely with DHL. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-7 business days, depending on product availability and credit check. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Standard delivery time is up to 48 hours in Germany and 2-5 business days within the EU. Delivery times may vary, but we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Customs duties and taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, which may be arranged on an individual basis upon request, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price.

The buyer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees. We have no control over these charges and assume no responsibility for compliance with local customs regulations or import requirements.

returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with our service and products, and therefore handle all requests, including returns and inquiries, in a straightforward manner. Please note that as a small, young company, we have limited resources.

You don't like one or more items and want to return them?

You have the option to return the item to us within 14 days at your own expense. Please also fill out the enclosed return form and enter your name, order number, the product being returned (item and quantity), and the reason for the return. Place the completed form in your package along with the item you wish to return. If you have any questions about returns, you can also contact us by email at logistics@marici-pashminadelicates.com. Please return the item to us within 14 days of delivery. As soon as the package arrives, we will refund you via the same payment method.

You can also use our cancellation form if you wish, but it is not mandatory.

You don't like an item and you want to exchange it.

Please send us an email to logistics@marici-pashminadelicates.com specifying the item you would like us to reserve for you. Once we receive your original order, we will send you the new item at our expense.

Are returns free?

As a small company, we are continuously working to make the entire return and exchange process smoother in the near future. We ask for your understanding that we cannot cover return shipping costs during this setup phase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you decide to return the package to us at your own expense, please ensure that your package has sufficient postage. We strongly recommend using a registered/insured shipping service for the return and keeping the tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns. Therefore, please keep the tracking number carefully to have proof of return should we not receive your package.

When will I get my money back?

Please note that you will not receive an order confirmation from us after we receive your return. Once we receive your return, it takes 2-7 business days to process it. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. Refunds to PayPal and credit cards can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If you purchased using a promotional code, the refund will be the actual amount charged after the voucher was applied.

Return policy

  1. Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect, undamaged condition and in their original state, including packaging and labels.
  2. We kindly ask you to handle the products responsibly and to return them carefully and thoughtfully. If the goods arrive with stains or other damage, we unfortunately cannot accept them and will have to send them back to you. Therefore, please be careful when trying on the items, as we cannot accept any products with makeup stains and/or perfumed items.
  3. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of shipment. Return/exchange shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are defective.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by you that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
  6. Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union. You can find all the details about the right of withdrawal here.
