Cancellation policy for consumers:
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form; however, this is not obligatory and does not affect the validity of the withdrawal.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires or return the goods within the deadline.
Return policy:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect, undamaged condition and in their original state, including all tags and packaging. Return shipping is always at your own expense; please use the following address for returns.

We kindly ask you to handle the products responsibly and to return them to us carefully and thoughtfully. If the goods show signs of use, stains, or other damage upon return, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to claim compensation for any resulting loss in value.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over goods that can be sent by parcel post to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functional
