Your Right of Withdrawal
Consumers resident in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last item ordered.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Mārīci does not organize or pay for return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items with stains (makeup, perfume) or damage cannot be accepted. Bespoke/personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

US & International Customers — Voluntary Return Policy
The statutory EU right of withdrawal does not apply to customers residing outside the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, including customers in the United States of America.
Mārīci voluntarily offers the following return policy for all international customers:
- Return window: 30 days from date of receipt
- Condition: Perfect original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Excluded items: Personalized/Bespoke items are strictly non-returnable
- Return shipping: Entirely at the customer’s expense. Mārīci does not arrange or pay for return shipping
- US import duties paid to CBP upon delivery are non-refundable (governed by US customs law)
- To initiate: Email info@marici-pashminadelicates.com with your order number and items to return
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days of receiving returned goods
