Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy for Consumers (EU / EEA / UK)

Consumers resident in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Mārīci does not organize, arrange, or pay for return shipping.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original, undamaged condition with all tags and original packaging. Items returned with stains, makeup, or perfume cannot be accepted. Custom-made and personalized (Bespoke) items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return Policy for International Customers (Outside EU / EEA / UK)

The statutory EU right of withdrawal does not apply to customers whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom — including customers in the United States of America.

However, Mārīci voluntarily offers the following return policy for all international orders:

  • Return window: 30 days from receipt of goods
  • Condition: Items must be in perfect original condition with all tags and original packaging intact
  • Excluded items: Personalized / Bespoke items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping: Entirely at the customer's expense. Mārīci does not organize, arrange, or cover return shipping costs under any circumstances
  • Import duties on returns: Import duties paid to US Customs upon delivery are non-refundable
  • How to return: Email info@marici-pashminadelicates.com with your order number to initiate the process
  • Refund: Issued to original payment method within 2–7 business days of receiving the returned goods

Please use a tracked, insured shipping service for international returns and keep your tracking number. Mārīci cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in return transit.
